Flare Tanks

Capacity of 10.8 m3 and built from 1/4'' plate steel with 1/4'' impingement plates under the blow down lines. All our tanks will have the following

  • 8'' flare line, a 4'' gut line with a 36'' degasser and 3'' test line. There are transitions for both the 8'' and 4'' that swedge down to 6'' and 3'' respectively. the inlets are designed to give maximum adjustment(wiggle room) to facilitate attachment to flare lines.
  • 50' x 3'' suction line that c/w with valve and cam lock fitting. The degasser has separator plates and baffles to deflect the fluid down and let the gas migrate up to the stack. Fluid level can be monitored with a reflective pit level indicator.
  • Three fold-down stacks, each with its own electronic remote-fired igniter. The tank is fueled from a 100lb propane tank stored on its own tow-wheeled trolley.
